Philippine Sun (13°N, 122°E), a luminous sculpture by Filipino artist collective Mumu, sits in Yerba Buena Gardens. Its light follows the sunrise and sunset of the Philippine archipelago—connecting the diaspora to the rhythms of the motherland.
It is a symbol of hope, freedom, resilience, and renewal, the work celebrates generations of Filipino presence while welcoming all to the heart of SOMA Pilipinas.
