Venue & Catering Requirements

• Capacity: Approximately 400 guests in a cocktail-style format.

• Venue: Rooftop space, preferably with city views and an indoor or weather-protected contingency option.

• Food & Beverage: Beverage package and substantial canapés or light food suitable for a three-hour networking event.

• Service Style: Cocktail-style, with food and beverages served throughout the event.

• Timing: Access and setup ahead of guest arrival at 5:00 PM, with the event concluding at 8:00 PM.

• Layout: Flexible standing and networking areas, with some seating available.

• Branding: Opportunities for subtle Snowflake and APJ event branding, subject to venue restrictions.
