Downtown First Thursdays (DFT) is a free monthly street party held in downtown San Francisco every first Thursday of the month from 5pm to 10pm. The event transforms 2nd Street between Market and Folsom, plus nearby alleyways like Jessie, Minna, and Natoma streets, into a vibrant hub of activity. Attendees can enjoy a lively mix of entertainment including disco in the streets, DJs, live music, drag performances, fashion displays, street performances, martial arts, food and retail vendors, and outdoor bars. It's a dynamic and free way to experience the arts, culture, and energy of downtown San Francisco.
