Commissioned by Yerba Buena Partnership, this colorful, gleaming piece of public art was designed and installed by local artist Leah Rosenberg in the windows of The Contemporary Jewish Museum.
In Judaism, the rainbow is a powerful symbol of hope and connection, with some teachings suggesting that the rainbow is the visible half of a full circle, reminding us to complete the circle by upholding our part through collective tending of one another and our surroundings.
