In this installation on YBCA’s Vestibule Banner, artist Ciriaco Sayoc designed a message of love for the SoMa neighborhood and community, inspired by weaving practices in the Philippines and the colors of the Filipino flag. Written in Tagalog, the large-scale statement is meant as a message of support for the community organizations that contribute to the Filipino Cultural Heritage District.
