SF Uke Jam’s Summer Uke-splosion is a free, four-hour event taking place on August 3rd, 2025, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm at Yerba Buena Gardens' Great Lawn in San Francisco. This family-friendly event features ukulele talent from around the Bay Area, as well as a community strum-and-sing-along for all ukulele players. Special hula performances and vendors will also be present. Popular Honolulu YouTuber Cynthia Lin and the Bay Area's own Ukulenny will host the uke-apalooza, with special guest Steven Espaniola, a multi-instrumentalist specializing in ukulele, Hawaiian slack key guitar, and traditional Hawaiian falsetto. Join the SF Uke Jam community for an afternoon of island-inspired, cross-cultural music. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP for free.
