Have you been quietly crushing on a favorite artwork at SFMOMA? This Valentine’s Day, it’s time to make your feelings known with Hearts for Art.
Pick up a handful of paper hearts near Ticketing on Floor 2 to take with you as you wander the galleries. When inspiration strikes, place a heart on the floor near an artwork you adore. You might discover your beloved has many admirers gathered at its feet — or you may find you are its one and only true love.
Before you leave the museum, return to Floor 2 to write a short ode to your favorite work and post it on a board to share with others. Love letters encouraged.
